Yisu Information Technology products and services are jointly owned and operated by Yisu Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Yisu Information Technology"). Before using this product, please carefully read and understand this "Yisu Information Technology User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and other relevant agreements, policies, or guidelines on this platform. When you use a specific function of this product, there may be separate agreements, relevant business rules, etc. for that specific function (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Agreement"). In case of conflict between the content of this Agreement and the Specific Agreement, the provisions of the Specific Agreement shall prevail. All aforementioned terms and rules constitute an inseparable part of this Agreement (collectively referred to as the "Complete Agreement"), and have the same legal effect as the text of this Agreement.
For specific rules on how we collect, protect, and use personal information, please carefully read "Yisu Information Technology Privacy Policy".
We especially remind you to read (minors under 18 years of age should read with their legal guardian), fully understand all the terms of the above agreements before using this product, especially the terms in bold. When you agree to this Agreement by clicking confirm, checking boxes, or other means through the web page, or actually using this product, it indicates that you and we have reached an agreement on the Complete Agreement, you have accepted all the terms and their applicable conditions, and agree to be bound by the Complete Agreement. If you do not agree with any content of the Complete Agreement, or cannot accurately understand our interpretation of the terms of the Complete Agreement, please click disagree or stop using this product.
1.1 Our products and services include those we provide to you through web pages, applications (which may include different versions), mini programs, software development kits (SDKs) for use by third-party websites and applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), and innovative forms that emerge with technological development, including but not limited to platforms with generative artificial intelligence services as core functions and other functions (hereinafter referred to as "Yisu Information Technology" or "this product").
1.2 The generative artificial intelligence products and services we provide are based on large language models. Large language models are developed based on deep neural network algorithms, through successive stages of large-scale self-supervised learning pre-training and targeted optimization training. These models can encode and compute input information (including text, images, files, etc.) to predict the next token, thereby possessing text generation and conversation capabilities. They can skillfully perform a wide range of different tasks based on text generation and can be integrated into various downstream systems or applications. Specifically, in Yisu Information Technology product services, the model generates corresponding content as a response (hereinafter referred to as "output", "generated content") based on user input information (hereinafter referred to as "input") through computational inference, including text, tables, and code. Users can evaluate the output, including liking, disliking, and other operations, to provide feedback on their opinions of Yisu Information Technology's output information.
1.3 With the continuous iterative development of generative artificial intelligence technology, models, and products, as well as changes in laws and regulations, we may add, upgrade, change, suspend, or terminate services, or make necessary adjustments to the technology, methods, performance, etc. of the services, and may conduct internal or external testing for newly added service functions.
1.4 We will take necessary measures no less than industry practice to ensure the network security and stable operation of the platform, and strive to upgrade and improve technology to ensure your product and service experience. If you have any questions or feedback about our services, you can contact us through the methods in Section 9.
2.1 This product is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and use this product after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian. Yisu Information Technology fully understands the importance of protecting minors and will take corresponding protective measures according to the requirements of laws and regulations and mainstream industry practices. At the same time, we ask guardians to reasonably guide and restrict minor users' use of this product, jointly create a good network environment, help minors develop good internet habits, and avoid excessive dependence on or addiction to this product.
2.2 Before using this product, you should register an account through a mobile phone number or third-party account according to the page, fill in true, accurate, legal, and valid relevant information as required, and confirm your agreement to this Agreement and other relevant rules and policies. If the materials you submit or the information you provide is inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, or the company has reason to suspect that it is erroneous, untrue, or illegal, we have the right to refuse to provide you with relevant functions, and you may not be able to use this software and related services, or some functions may be restricted during use. Your account is your credential for logging in and using this product, and this account cannot be transferred, gifted, or inherited.
2.3 When registering and using an account, you must promise and guarantee:
(1) To take full responsibility for the truthfulness, legality, and validity of the registration information, update the registration information in a timely manner, and not impersonate others to register an account or use this product;
(2) To properly safeguard the account and password, and bear legal responsibility for all actions under that account;
(3) Not to maliciously register accounts, including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration, and other behaviors;
(4) Not to transfer, lend, rent, or provide the account to others in any form.
2.4 If you lose your account, forget your password, or leak your verification code, you can promptly appeal to recover it. We especially remind you to properly safeguard your account, password, and verification code. You should safely log out after you have finished using it. You will bear the corresponding responsibility for various losses caused by the leakage of your account or password. If users discover any unauthorized use of their account, they should notify us immediately, and we will provide the maximum cooperation and handling.
2.5 If a user requests to cancel their account, after our review and approval, we will cancel the registered user, and the user will terminate the contractual relationship with us. However, after the user cancels the account, we still have the right to:
(1) Retain the user's registration data and previous behavior records as required by laws and regulations;
(2) Exercise the rights stipulated in this Agreement for illegal behavior or behavior that violates this Agreement by the user before cancellation.
3.1You fully understand and agree that, according to this Agreement, we grant you a revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive legal right to use this product and related services. All other rights not expressly authorized by this Agreement are still reserved by Yisu Information Technology, and you must obtain separate written permission from Yisu Information Technology before exercising these rights. At the same time, if Yisu Information Technology does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of that right. If you publish or disseminate output generated by this product externally, you should: (1) Actively verify the truthfulness and accuracy of the output content to avoid spreading false information; (2) Prominently indicate that the output content is generated by artificial intelligence, to inform the public of the content synthesis situation; (3) Avoid publishing and disseminating any output content that violates the usage guidelines of this Agreement.
3.2 When using the services we provide, you should comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, adhere to the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, and good faith, not use this product to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others or seek improper benefits, and not disrupt the normal order of internet platforms.
3.3 As a user of this product, you must not violate the requirements of the "Internet Information Service Management Measures," "Network Information Content Ecological Governance Regulations," "Generative Artificial Intelligence Service Management Interim Measures," and other laws and regulations, as well as relevant standards regarding network information content security. You must not input, use this product to output, or disseminate the following illegal and harmful information:
(1) Information opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Information endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Information damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Information distorting, defacing, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or insulting, defaming, or otherwise infringing upon the name, image, reputation, or honor of heroes and martyrs;
(5) Information promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist or extremist activities;
(6) Information inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Information undermining the state's religious policy or promoting cults and feudal superstition;
(8) Information spreading rumors, disrupting economic order and social order;
(9) Information spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crime;
(10) Information insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests of others;
(11) Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3.4 To fulfill legal obligations, Yisu Information Technology has the right to adopt technical and other measures to review users' behavior and information when using this product, including but not limited to reviewing input and output, establishing risk filtering mechanisms, establishing illegal content feature libraries, etc. As a user of this product, you must not maliciously counteract the information content security management and risk prevention mechanisms of this product through the following methods, including but not limited to:
(1) Malicious counteraction behaviors, including but not limited to using variants, garbled codes, characters, homophones, and other methods to circumvent service detection to input or generate statements that violate the above 3.3.
(2) Malicious attacks, inducement, and poisoning through identity impersonation, reverse inducement, jailbreak attacks, etc.
(3) Without the consent of Yisu Information Technology or without legitimate and proper basis, unauthorized removal or tampering with the generated content identifiers related to this product.
3.5 As a user of this product, you must not violate the requirements of the "Network Security Law," "Data Security Law," and other laws and regulations, as well as relevant standards. You must not interfere with, damage, or attack this product and the systems, networks, models, and other components that support the normal operation of this product. You must not engage in the following activities that harm the security of this product:
(1) Engaging in illegal network intrusion activities, such as: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; forging TCP/IP data packet names or parts of names; attempting to probe, scan, or test weaknesses in this software system or network without permission, etc.
(2) Engaging in activities that interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the network, such as: deliberately generating, spreading malicious programs or viruses; entering public computer networks or other people's computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; interfering with operations in a way that causes computer systems or facilities to bear unreasonable loads, etc.
(3) Engaging in activities to steal network data, such as: reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, translation, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of this software, the source code or underlying components of the model, algorithm, and system; scraping, copying this product and any content it contains in any way (including but not limited to through any robot, crawler, other automatic settings, mirror settings), etc.
(4) Engaging in other activities that endanger the security of this product's system, network, model, and other components.
3.6 As a user of this product, you must not use this product for the following improper purposes:
(1) Using this product for any illegal purpose that violates laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
(2) Using this product for dangerous purposes that may have serious harmful effects on physical health, psychology, society, or economy, or that violate scientific and technological ethics.
(3) Engaging in activities that infringe upon intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other violations of business ethics, or using algorithms, data, platforms, and other advantages to implement monopolistic and unfair competition practices.
(4) Copying, transferring, renting, lending, selling, or providing sublicenses or transfer licenses for all or part of the service without authorization from Yisu Information Technology.
(5) Using this product to engage in or assist in high-risk activities, such as: military and war, development of weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials, management or operation of critical infrastructure (such as transportation, energy), creation or distribution of controlled substances or services, generation or dissemination of information related to self-harm, activities with high economic damage risk, including gambling, automatic determination of credit eligibility, employment and education decisions.
(6) Other usage methods prohibited or restricted by laws and administrative regulations, or that may damage the interests of Yisu Information Technology.
4.1 You are responsible for all inputs you submit to our services and the corresponding outputs. You declare and guarantee that the inputs you submit to our services, for which you have all the rights, licenses, and permissions needed to process the inputs according to our terms, and these inputs and corresponding outputs do not infringe upon anyone's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, honor rights, name rights, privacy rights, personal information rights and interests, or other legitimate rights and interests, and do not involve any state secrets, trade secrets, or other data that may adversely affect national security or public interests.
4.2 Under the conditions of complying with legal regulations and our terms, you enjoy the following rights regarding the input and output of this product: (1) You retain any rights, title, and interests (if any) you have in the inputs you submit; (2) We attribute any rights, title, and interests (if any) in the content output by this product to you. (3) You may apply the input and output of this product to a wide range of usage scenarios, including personal use, academic research, derivative product development, training other models (such as model distillation), etc.
4.3 To provide you with continuous, high-quality services, we may use the inputs collected by the service and corresponding outputs for model training and service optimization, under the premise of being processed with secure encryption technology, strictly de-identified, and unable to re-identify specific individuals.Under this premise, you agree to grant Yisu Information Technology a free, non-exclusive license to use worldwide, to enable us to process the aforementioned content. If you refuse to have your data used for model training, you can opt out by turning off "Data for Optimization Experience" in the product, after which your input and output will no longer be used for our model training.
4.4 All outputs provided by this product are answered by artificial intelligence models, which may contain errors or omissions, and are provided for your reference only. You should not treat the output content as professional advice.In particular, when you use this product to consult on medical, legal, financial, and other professional issues, please note that this product does not constitute any advice or commitment, and does not represent opinions in any professional field. If you need relevant professional services, you should consult professionals and make decisions under the guidance of professionals. The output of this software should not be the basis for your further action or inaction. You bear all consequences and responsibilities for any judgment you make based on the output content or any subsequent related operational behavior, including the risks arising from reliance on the truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or suitability for specific purposes of the output content. You should scientifically and rationally recognize and legally use generative artificial intelligence technology.
4.5 Based on the technical characteristics of large language models and artificial intelligence, the output of this product has randomness and cannot guarantee uniqueness. Therefore, you understand and agree that we may output the same or similar generated content to different users, and may also generate different content results for the same content uploaded to this product platform.
4.6 To prevent confusion and misidentification, and to eliminate or reduce the potential impact of inaccurate generated information, Yisu Information Technology adds prominent prompt identifiers at the end of generated text or at the bottom of the interactive interface, specifically reminding users that the content is generated by artificial intelligence. You must not maliciously delete, tamper with, forge, hide such generated content identifiers.
5.1 Yisu Information Technology is the development and operation entity of this product, and enjoys all rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights) to this product (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, code, model weights, user interface, web pages, text, graphics, page design, trademarks, electronic documents, etc.) within the scope allowed by laws and regulations, except for those rights that relevant rights holders should enjoy according to legal provisions or the provisions of this Agreement (such as input and output).
5.2 Without our permission, please do not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, company logos (LOGO), URLs, or other distinctive brand features related to this product, including but not limited to "Yisu Information Technology". Do not display, use, or apply for trademark registration, domain name registration, etc., of the aforementioned identifiers in this clause, either individually or in combination in any way, and do not implement actions that explicitly or implicitly suggest to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle these identifiers.
If you believe that this product involves infringement of your intellectual property rights or other rights, or if you discover any illegal, false information, or usage behavior that violates this Agreement, or if you have any opinions or suggestions about our services, you can submit them through the product interface - view avatar - click the "Contact Us" button, or provide truthful feedback to us through our publicly available contact email and contact address. We will highly value your opinions and take legal handling measures.
7.1 For your behavior that violates this Agreement or other service terms, we have the right to make independent judgments and, without notice, take measures against you such as warning reminders, time-limited corrections, limiting account functions, suspending use, closing accounts, prohibiting re-registration, deleting relevant content, etc. We have the right to announce the processing results and have the right to decide whether to restore use based on actual circumstances. For behaviors suspected of violating laws and regulations or suspected of crimes, relevant records will be kept and reported to relevant authorities according to law, and cooperation will be provided to relevant authorities for investigation. You should bear the responsibility for any legal liability or any claims, demands, or losses claimed by third parties resulting from or arising from this; if this causes any loss to us, you should also compensate accordingly (including litigation fees, arbitration fees, attorney fees, notarization fees, announcement fees, appraisal fees, travel expenses, investigation and evidence collection fees, compensation, liquidated damages, settlement fees, administrative penalty fines, etc. spent by us to defend our rights).
7.2 We are committed to providing safe, stable, and continuous services to ensure normal use by users, but this product is provided only in its "current state" and "current functionality". Although we have made our best efforts, due to the technical bottlenecks and objective scientific and technological limitations inherent in the technology on which this product relies, we cannot make any guarantees regarding the following matters:
(1) We do not guarantee that this product will operate without interruption, errors, interference, continuous stability, or without any failures;
(2) We do not guarantee that we have the ability to correct all defects in this product at the current technological level;
(3) Limited by technical characteristics, we do not guarantee the legality, truthfulness, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and practicality of the content generated by this product. We do not exclude the possibility that content inconsistent with the views of the operating entity of this product may be output through malicious inducement via prompts or other usage methods/purposes that violate this Agreement;
(4) Although the input and output of this product have undergone filtering and review, we still do not exclude the possibility that we may not discover violations in your input or in the output of this product. We do not exclude the possibility that some information may have flaws, contain false content, or have unreasonable aspects that may cause user discomfort;
(5) Due to the characteristics of artificial intelligence models, for the same content uploaded to this product platform (including but not limited to text used as prompts or any other prompting content used to assist in generating artificial intelligence content), this product may generate different content results;
(6) We do not guarantee that this product can meet all user requirements.
(7)When the content provided by this product includes content from plugins, third-party websites, etc., we are not responsible for the effectiveness of this content, and do not guarantee the truthfulness, legality, or safety of any content, products, services, or other materials obtained from these sources.
7.3 Under no circumstances will this product be liable for inability to access, service interruption, information and data leakage, delay, stagnation, or errors, inability to provide or delayed provision of services caused by network connection failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, disturbances, fires, floods, storms, explosions, force majeure, war, government actions, orders from international or domestic courts, hacker attacks, internet viruses, technical adjustments by network operators, temporary government control, or any other reasons that cannot be reasonably controlled.
7.4 We may introduce new functions from time to time. We remind you that during the testing period of new functions, there may be service instability and other situations. Unless clearly stipulated by law, we cannot and do not guarantee the stability of functional services that are in the testing period.
7.5 Unless otherwise stated on the relevant interface of this product, or you and we have agreed otherwise, or the law has clear provisions, we are not liable for damages caused to you by using this product.
7.6 This product may include third-party website links. Such links are provided only for your convenience of access. Your visit to third-party websites and subsequent operational behaviors are not related to us, and we are not responsible for the content or services of third-party websites. Please visit with caution, pay attention to reviewing their agreements or documents, and protect your information and property security.
8.1 The conclusion, execution, interpretation of this Agreement, and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the mainland area of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 If there is a dispute regarding the signing, performance, or interpretation of this Agreement, both parties should strive to resolve it through friendly consultation. If the consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction over the domicile of Shanghai Yisu Information Technology Artificial Intelligence Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd.
9.1 To provide you with better services or to meet the needs of changes in national laws and regulations, policy adjustments, technical conditions, product functions, etc., we will revise this Agreement in due course, and the revised content will form part of this Agreement. The updated agreement will be publicized through appropriate means such as the official website or service page. Once published, it replaces the original terms of the agreement. Please check the latest version of the agreement terms on the official website by yourself. If you do not accept the modified agreement, please stop using this product immediately. Your continued use of this product will be deemed as your acceptance of the modified agreement.
9.2 If you discover any illegal or regulatory violations or behaviors that violate the provisions of this Agreement, or if you have any opinions or suggestions about this Agreement or this product, you can contact us through the following methods, or directly contact our staff:
