When you use or enable related features or services, we will collect and use relevant information as necessary to implement the features and services. Except for necessary information required to implement business functions or as required by laws and regulations, you can refuse to provide information without affecting other features or services. As a processor of personal information, Yisu Information Technology will follow the principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, and good faith to collect and use your personal information for the purposes described below.
To ensure the security of your personal space, you need to register and log in before you can use the relevant services normally. When registering and logging in, you need to provide your phone number and set a login password, and verify your user identity by entering a verification code. Phone number is necessary information to fulfill the national legal requirements for real-name verification on the internet. If you do not provide a phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with generative artificial intelligence technology services.
You can use a third-party account to log in and use this Product. With your consent, we will obtain your public information registered on the third-party platform (avatar, nickname, and other information you authorize) to bind with this Product, allowing you to directly log in and use this Product and related services.
When you use the "One-Click Login" feature, with your consent, we will process your phone number with our partners to provide you with a convenient login service. If you refuse such processing, you will not be able to use the "One-Click Login" method to register and log in to this Product, but it will not affect your ability to register and log in through other methods, nor will it affect the normal use of other functions.
When you use the smart conversation feature service, we will collect the content you input during your interaction with this Product (including but not limited to text, images, files). We will analyze and process the above information to better understand your questions and contextual environment, thereby providing you with more relevant information content to deliver smart conversation services.
When you choose to paste content from the system clipboard into the smart conversation input box, we will collect your clipboard information.
When you actively take photos, we will request your authorization for camera permissions. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to take photo information, but it will not affect your use of other functions of this Product. When you use the search service, we will automatically receive the information you actively input to automatically provide you with real-time search results.
During the conversation process, you can provide feedback and evaluation on the content output by this Product. We will collect your feedback information, including content you actively submit, to continuously improve the output content quality of this Product.
To provide you with continuous, high-quality services, under the premise of secure encryption technology processing, strict de-identification, and inability to re-identify specific individuals, we may use the inputs and corresponding outputs collected by the service for Yisu Information Technology model training and service optimization. If you refuse to have your data used for model training, you can opt out by turning off "Data Used for Experience Optimization" in the product, after which your inputs and outputs will no longer be used for our model training. At the same time, we recommend that you do not actively input your sensitive personal information in smart conversations. If the information you actively input includes personal information of others, please be sure to obtain legal authorization from them before inputting to avoid improper disclosure of others' personal information.
When you use Yisu Information Technology open platform services, we may collect the following information:
We need to authenticate your identity. You can choose to be authenticated as a personal account or as an enterprise account representing a company. According to relevant laws and regulations, when you choose to be authenticated as an individual developer, we may collect your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number, and other necessary identity information) to complete real-name verification; when you are authenticated as an enterprise developer representing a company, we may collect the real name of the legal representative and contact person of your company to complete enterprise real-name verification. Some information is sensitive personal information, and you can refuse to provide it. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
To push functional updates, commercial information, and product notifications of the open platform to you, we will collect your email information and bind it to your account. You can refuse to provide and bind this information. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
When you use paid services for pre-charging, we will collect your payment order and transaction information to provide you with order placement, payment, customer service, and after-sales services for recharge orders, and to display and provide specific paid services to you.
The above personal information collection and processing only applies to the Yisu Information Technology open platform. If you do not use the open platform services, the above data collection and processing activities do not apply.
When you use the feedback feature service, we will collect your problem description information, supporting material attachments, phone number, email, contact name to understand your feedback content and needs. This information is necessary for the feedback feature service. To verify your identity, clarify your needs and solutions to related issues, or help you solve other problems, we may use your phone number or email. To provide you with feedback services related to your usage process information, we will query your usage information, including conversation records, like records, and problem feedback records.
If you contact us directly through the methods described in Chapter IX of this Policy to provide feedback, make complaints, appeals, or inquiries about Yisu Information Technology-related issues, to ensure the security of your account and the system, you need to provide us with your account information so that we can verify your user identity. This information is necessary for identity verification in user feedback. During the feedback, complaint, or consultation process, to help you solve problems or record the solution and results of related issues, you may need to provide us with corresponding supporting material attachments, and the system may record the communication records between you and us to better help you solve the issues you consult about and improve service quality. If you do not provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the results of your consultation, but it will not affect your normal use of Yisu Information Technology or services. At the same time, we recommend that you do not actively provide your sensitive personal information in feedback. If the information you actively provide includes personal information of others, please be sure to obtain legal authorization from them before providing it to avoid improper disclosure of others' personal information.
You acknowledge and agree that for the contact information you provide during your use of the product and/or service (e.g., contact phone, email), we may send various types of notifications to one or more of these contacts during operations for purposes such as user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, dispute resolution, etc.; in addition, we may also send commercial information about services, features, or activities to the phone number collected in the aforementioned process via SMS or phone calls, or to the email via email, but please rest assured that if you do not wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe through the unsubscription method provided in the SMS or email (such as replying "R", refer to the method provided in the SMS), or contact us directly to unsubscribe.
To ensure the security of your account and provide you with better quality services, we will automatically collect the following information as network logs generated during your use of Yisu Information Technology services:
To ensure the secure operation of software and services, and the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifiers (such as AndroidID, OAID for Android, IDFV for iOS; different identifiers may vary in terms of validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and acquisition methods), IP address, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, service logs, and device sensor data (such as accelerometer sensor, gyroscope sensor).
To prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we may collect information about running processes, overall page operation, usage and frequency, page crash situations, overall usage, and performance data. To determine account and transaction security, perform identity verification, identify illegal situations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and handling measures in accordance with the law, we may use your account information, device information, and service log information.
To analyze statistical indicators such as application growth, activation, retention, and performance, we may conduct attribution analysis on relevant statistical information. Please rest assured that during the statistical process, we will not upload any of your privacy information to our servers.
We may use the above network log information to help us track the usage of Yisu Information Technology, troubleshoot issues, and conduct operational analysis, improvement, and optimization of product interaction experience through data statistics.
Please understand that with the development of our business, there may be adjustments and changes to functions and services provided. In principle, when new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the personal information collected and used will have a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, and national standards, and will inform you again through page prompts, interactive processes, agreement confirmations, and obtain your consent.

We will strictly monitor the security of software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) that partners use to obtain information to protect data security.
(4) For scenarios involving entrusted processing of personal information, we will sign relevant processing agreements with the entrusted partners in accordance with legal requirements and supervise their personal information usage activities.
(5) For scenarios involving joint processing of personal information, we will sign relevant agreements with partners in accordance with legal requirements and stipulate the rights and obligations of each party to ensure compliance with relevant legal provisions and data security protection in the process of using relevant personal information.
(6) If specific functions and scenarios involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, then the scope of partners includes our affiliates and third parties.

(1) When you use functions provided by our partners in Yisu Information Technology, or services jointly provided to you by software service providers, smart device providers, system service providers and us, we may use information necessary to achieve business purposes with them.
(2) When you use the "One-Click Login" feature, with your consent, we will process your phone number with partners to provide you with convenient login services. If you refuse such processing, you will not be able to use the "One-Click Login" method to register and log in to Yisu Information Technology, but it will not affect your ability to register and log in through other methods, nor will it affect the normal use of other functions.
(3) When you use the identity authentication function of the open platform or related services, according to relevant laws, regulations, and security protection requirements, you may need to complete real-name authentication to verify your identity. During the real-name authentication process, the authentication service institutions that cooperate with us need to use your real name, ID number, and phone number. Some information is sensitive personal information. Refusing the above usage will result in your inability to complete identity authentication and possibly not being able to obtain relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions of the open platform. This information is only used for real-name authentication and purposes stipulated by laws and regulations, and will not be used for other purposes without your explicit authorization.
(1) To implement product promotion and related analysis services, and to optimize and enhance the effective reach rate of promotions, product promoters or partners providing promotion and related analysis services may need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network, channel information, and conversion data.
(2) Promotional partners may combine the above information with other data they have legally obtained to optimize promotional effects. We will require them to use information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity, and to protect users' legitimate rights from infringement.
(1) Ensuring usage security: We attach great importance to account, service, and content security. To protect your and other users' account and property security, and to protect our legitimate legal rights from illegal infringement, our partners may use necessary device, account, and log information.
(2) Analyzing product conditions: To analyze the usage and performance of our products, our partners may need to use product usage information (crashes, freezes), device identifier information, and overall application installation and usage information.
With the continuous development of our business, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. We attach great importance to user privacy and personal information protection, and will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except in situations stipulated by laws, regulations, or otherwise agreed in this Policy, we will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a complete management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Before you cancel your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, financial settlement status, device information, etc. We will process your application promptly upon receipt and respond to your request within fifteen working days or within the time limit required by laws and regulations.
