Special Note: Deleting your account is an irreversible operation. After account deletion, you will not be able to use this account again or recover any content or information lost due to deletion (even if you register and use this product again with the same phone number).
A Yisu Information Technology account refers to the credential you created in accordance with the user agreement of Yisu Information Technology services, which allows you to log in and use this product and services as a registered user.
Please ensure that the account you are requesting to delete was created by you in accordance with the "Yisu Information Technology User Agreement" and provided to you by us. You should delete the aforementioned account according to our specified procedures or the prompts on the website.
You should back up all information and data related to your account before deletion and ensure that all services associated with this account have been properly handled. After deletion is complete, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations).
We regret your decision to delete your account. If you still decide to proceed with account deletion, your account must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
1. The account is in a secure state: The account is in normal use status and has no risk of being stolen, violating regulations, or being banned after the platform's security check.
2. Account assets have been settled and transactions completed: All assets, expected returns, and rights associated with all related businesses under the account have been settled, refunded, cleared, or voluntarily abandoned.
3. Account permissions revoked: The account has been disconnected from authorized logins or binding relationships with other products.
4. The account has no disputes: There are no incomplete and/or disputed services in this account. The account has no unresolved disputes, including complaints, reports, or being reported, infringement disputes, etc.
6. After this account is deleted, you will not be able to log in or use this account, including but not limited to:
(1) You will not be able to log in or use this account in this product.
(2) You will not be able to recover any content or information that you have input, uploaded, or received responses to.
(3) You will not be able to recover any content or information related to this account, including your account profile and historical information (including account profile information and operation information, etc.).
7. During the account deletion process, if your account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to: complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigation by national authorities, etc., you understand and agree that Yisu Information Technology has the right to decide whether to terminate the deletion of this account without further obtaining your consent.
8. Deleting this account does not exempt or reduce the account behavior and related responsibilities before the account deletion.
